In the heart of Double Bay’s main shopping strip, this existing building is to be modernised
through opening up retail spaces, extending the use of glazing throughout and adding two
additional levels.
To best incorporate the distinctive character of Double Bay, photography was used wherever
possible to capture the context. The Large Arts team developed the interior fitouts on the ground
floor from a set of reference images provided by the client while street activation was carefully
curated to represent typical residents of Double Bay for the leasing campaign.
Following the production of the marketing renders, Large Arts was commissioned to produce two 1:1 renders over 25m in length to wrap the site scaffolding during construction.
